This is a very technical issue. Put into simple terms,
the implementation of ADSL by most ISPs in the Phoenix area may
result in the ADSL connection being dropped and unable to reconnect.
This may happen the ISP's router is unable to verify user information
for their PPPoA (PPP over ATM) services. Since AZnetgate uses a
a bridged configuration with powerful Cisco Routers (2651 minimum)
this will never happen to our customers.
