The technology AZnetgate is using requires only one access number.

This is a 'toll free' call from the 480 and 623 area codes (as well as the 602 area) but you MUST dial the '602' (Qwest 10 digit dialing requirement). If you are still uncertain whether this will be a toll call for you then perform the following test…

From your normal telephone (the one you talk on) dial the access number shown above and see if it rings, or instructs you to dial a 1 first.

However if you are experiencing any difficulties in connecting, or are connecting at slow speed you can dial any of these alternate numbers. It is suggested that you use the number which corresponds to your area code in order to obtain the highest possible speed. In some instances it might be possible to improve your connection speed by using one of the alternate numbers, even if it isn't your area code ... you'll just have to experiment.

Basically, the PRI system we use handles 'which line' you actually come in on... but everyone dials the same number... isn't technology wonderful?? We have so many lines and receiving equipment on our end that it is highly unlikely you will ever receive a 'busy signal'… it is POSSIBLE... just not likely.
